The place was clean, I greatly enjoyed that. The staff was very very helpful and outstandingly accommodating. A coffee maker, a fridge, and kitchenware were available, in case you cook.

Cozy apartment with bright decoration adjacent to the old center, shopping street and super market, and the bars. Fantastic service in general. Bathroom with a shower, hairdryers, and bath sheets.

Glad we had nice warm bedroom and easy check-out, the stay was lovely overall. Its very central location was convenient to Laugavegur. Also, we loved that it was near to the harbour area which includes the old town, several museums and the Harpa concert hall, and shopping street, supermarket & bus stop 10 where all the trips pickup starts.

The apartment was tidy and located just next door to the center of the tourist area of the city as well as the old town, several museums and the Harpa concert hall. The location was amazing and fab and Laugavegur was easily accessible. Also, it was based too close to nightlife. The staff was attentive and amicable from check-in to check-out. Had early check-in too. This place was reasonably priced.

I recently stayed at Alfred's Apartments for a week during my visit to Iceland. The location was ideal, situated in a nice neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The well-equipped kitchen allowed me to cook my own meals, and there was a grocery store just a block away. The apartment itself was clean and bright, with comfortable beds and plenty of towels. The owner and staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. I also appreciated the convenience of having a washing machine and dryer available. I had a great experience at Alfred's and would definitely stay there again.

The location of the apartments is perfect, with many great restaurants just a short walk away. There is a highly-rated Mediterranean restaurant just across the road, which unfortunately was closed during our visit. the apartments are also conveniently close to the old harbour, making it easy to explore the area. there are plenty of nightlife options nearby for those looking for some entertainment.

The walls of the apartments are quite thin, which can lead to noise disturbances from other tenants.
